Making aloo tikkies
Peel and grate boiled potatoes in a bowl
In a kadahi or pan heat 1 tbsp butter or ghee
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,saute for a minute
Add chopped onions, saute till translucent
Add finely chopped cabbage,carrot, capsicum and add little water so that all veggies cooked well
Add boiled potatoes,mix well
Add all masala and chopped coriander leaves mix well turn off flame
Let it cool
Divide the mixture in equal size small balls
Give shape of tikki or oval shape
Heat oil till medium hot , gently place the tikkies and fry them or shallow fry
When one side of tikki becomes golden and crisp,flip over and fry the other side of tikki
Once done drain on paper towels to remove excess oil
Now make rotis
Knead all purpose flour with salt and water to a smooth dough,
Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes
Place tava on stove top
Again knead dough,make small balls dust flour ,roll and make thin chapati
Gently place the rolled round chapati on hot tava,
When you see small blister and bubbles appearing flip and cook another side with ghee or butter-
Apply 1tsp Tomoto sauce on one side of chapati,place aloo tikki,top tikki with sliced onion and sprinkle Frankie masala and chaat masala
Bring together both sides of roti
